Let's Enjoy Ourselves Today.

It's Monday.  Let's have a good day.  Hopefully no Nuclear Apocalypse will engulf us.  That would be nice.  I'm also wishing that no killer plagues of any kind break out.  No one needs that.  And volcanoes.  I'm praying that no super-volcanoes will erupt and send us into a new Ice Age.  Boy, that would suck.  I also do no want any sinister Alien Invasions of our planet.  That would be annoying.  Have a nice day.

The Last Jedi Posters...What Do They Mean?!

I have lined up all of my mini-posters for Star Wars: The Last Jedi in hopes of discovering some clues regarding the movie's plot-line.  And I have deduced, through my transcendent Star Wars Sleuthing, that at some point, the top half of every major character's head will fly off...perhaps sliced off with a lightsaber...maybe getting decapitated while racing their favorite land-speeder...or even getting eaten off by an Ewok with rabies.  The point is this: the mini-posters show it...in The Last Jedi...at some point...everyone...will lose their head!!  Ahhhhhh!!!

Star Wars with the New York Philharmonic!

Last night, the Mac Foundation (Davey, Stanley, Julianna) attended a viewing of Star Wars: The Force Awakens with accompanying, live music provided by the New York Philharmonic...and I must say...and I don't want to over-hype it here (so I'll try to keep the hyperbole to a limit)...but this was the Single, Greatest, Movie-going Experience Of My Entire Life!!!  YES!!  Conductor David Newman was like a Sith Lord with his conductor stick!!  The orchestra performed like a perfectly-coordinated squadron of Storm Troopers!!  And the popcorn machine was like a snack-giving version of R2-D2!!  OK!!  That last one was a stretch!!  Still....it was an incredible night!!  May the Force be with you, dogsie!!
