The Global Citizen Festival was aired live on MSNBC. First, I had to sit through Coldplay (who actually had know-nothing pop star Ariana Grande sing with them)...one of my poops is more entertaining. Then came Ed Sheeran. Who the H-E-Double-Hockey-Sticks is this dweeb? Afterwords, Beyonce hit the stage. Attractive woman. But, my Lord, every song sounds the same (except when she performed The Doors' "Five To One"...which...quite frankly...made me feel like on LSD). The festival was nearly LollaPoopza.
Until Pearl Jam entered the house. They CRSUHED. Sometimes I fantasize about bringing Eddie Vedder to my favorite hangout, The Silverball Museum in Asbury Park, New Jersey (an arcade dedicated to hundreds of old school pinball machines plus some throwback arcade games). Plus, Silverball is BYOB! I am pretty sure that Eddie and I would be instant best friends and he would come over to my house to play MarioKart 8 on the Wii U. Anyway, Pearl Jam ROCKS!
